At Las Qolqas, dining is a farm-to-table experience. Our greenhouse restaurant allows us to grow part of our own ingredients, while our zero-mile philosophy ensures that everything else is sourced locally and seasonally. Honoring Peru’s deep agricultural roots, we cultivate our crops organically or partner with farmers who share our commitment to sustainability.
Savor the vibrant flavors of organic Peruvian cuisine, all while soaking in breathtaking mountain views. With a menu that changes daily, each dish reflects the freshest finds from local markets and neighboring farms, making every meal a unique culinary adventure.
Our bar celebrates the rich flavors of Peru, specializing in locally crafted liquors and brews. Sip on a refreshing aguaymanto sour (golden berry), savor the unique taste of chilled olluco wine (made from a local potato variety), or discover the bold character of purple corn whiskey.
For a more relaxed experience, enjoy a locally brewed beer or cozy up with a soothing herbal infusion, made from the finest handpicked Sacred Valley herbs. Whatever your choice, every sip is a tribute to Peru’s vibrant flavors.
Explore hands-on gastronomy, ancestral cooking methods, and seasonal delights, thoughtfully designed for an authentic connection to place at Las Qolqas Eco Lodge.
Our restaurant takes its name from the Pututu, a traditional Incan conch once used to call upon the Apus (sacred mountains) and deities. It also pays homage to our local Apu, Pututuyoc Orco, a guardian spirit of the region. Just as the Pututu once summoned the divine, we invite you to gather, celebrate, and connect with the rich traditions of the Sacred Valley.
