Our restaurant Mijuta Wasi, ‘Eating Place’ in Quechua, is encased in windows to enjoy the landscape during dawn and dusk. We offer sumptuous breakfasts (included in the room rates) and traditional meals from the region for lunch and dinner. All our ingredients are fresh and sourced in the Sacred Valley.
Our Pool is warmed by the generous sunlight that graces the Valley from 6 am to 5 pm. The Patacancha river runs next to our property and on occasion a trout can be spotted from the pool. We provide light snacks and bar service throughout the day.
Our Spa is open plan, allowing our guests to stretch and enjoy the occasional Yoga lesson in the morning or to partake in exercises using our TRX equipment. In the afternoons we offer Foot reflexiology and Hot Stone, full body massages.
Our Property benefits from the East-West Alignment of the Patacancha Valley, which provides us with direct sunlight from 6:45 am until 4 pm. Our grounds have been landscaped to take advantage of this light and to play with running water, inspired by the cobble-stoned streets of Ollantaytambo.
Our garden boasts over fifty plant varieties, many of which are of an indigenous nature. We think it is a beautiful garden and also a funtional one. Avocados, limes, apples, pears and peaches are plucked from our trees and served at our breakfast table. Mint, muña, verbena, lemongrass and other herbs are cut on a daily basis to make infusions. The garden invites you to wander around and take in the sites of humming birds, the occasional condor flying high above, or a trout swimming upriver.
Trade a book of yours for one of ours, or play cards, backgammon or dice in the comfort of our Lounge.
